Communicates questions or concerns for prompt resolution.Prioritizes work and completes in a timely manner to satisfy deadlines.Works with managers and leadership team to develop provider and staff planning goals and timelines.Works with leadership to develop growth strategies, including new service lines, consistent with the group’s overall mission.Responsible for input and deliverables/goals as outlined by the Practice.Works with Senior Leadership to keep information flow timely and efficient.Supports managers with provider schedules, patient issues, and staff issues as needed.Provides project oversite to include assembly of key team members to assist in the development and implementation.Assists Managers with the day-to-day adjustments to staffing plans as needed.Works with the leadership team on the implementation of both short-term clinical operations plans and long-term growth strategies of the practice.Fiduciary responsibilities include accountability for budgeted visits, efficient use of maintenance resources, supplies, equipment, and adherence to the outlined pay ranges for staff positions.Interfaces with Human Resources regarding personnel issues, training issues, compliance issues.Interfaces with Revenue Cycle to ensure information regarding coding/billing is gathered and disseminated in a timely fashion.Interfaces with Clinical IT Director to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.Works with Clinical and Non-Clinical Management teams to assist them when needed for successful operations.Oversees regular Maintenance/Care of equipment and buildings across the Practice and interface with property manager/s to accomplish this.Reports needs and solutions for overall efficiencies to leadership team.Works with all managers to understand space plans for each location.Maintains daily contact with Management team.Oversees overall healthcare operations for the Practice.The Director works under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Leadership members. The Director of Operations works with managers and Senior Leadership to meet the mission of the Practice.
